Study Plan submission

Bachelor's Degree and single cycle Master's Degree

You can submit or make changes to your study programme (for bachelor's and integrated master's degrees) within exclusively two windows:

After 17th April 2026 you will no longer be able to submit or make changes to your study programme for the academic year 2025-2026.

In order to submit or make changes to your study programme, you must be regularly enrolled for the academic year 2025-2026.
You cannot change or replace any exams you have already taken.
You cannot transform any additional exams you have already taken for supplementary non-degree credits into degree-credit exams and include them in your regular study programme.
All educational activities included in your study programme must be on offer for the current academic year. Please check the course catalogue.
If you make changes to your study programme during the academic year, you will only be able to graduate during or after the summer exam session of the same academic year.
If you want to change curriculum or the ministerial degree class of your degree, please contact the the Career Office by email before drawing up your study programme.
If you want to include any elective activities (type D) that are not published online, please read the section "Study Plan Modification”
If you wish to include educational activities offered within a degree course with competitive admission, you will need authorisation (nullaosta) from that degree course. Please contact the relevant department’s academic services (segreteria didattica).
If you are enrolled in an old degree course which is not on offer any more, you cannot modify your study programme.

Sollow the guided procedure
After the final confirmation, verify the data on the Transcript. If any issue occurs, contact the Career Office within the deadlines

Erasmus students: The learning agreement does not replace the submission of the study plan, which must be submitted within the deadlines and following the online procedures.
If you want to make different choices than the proposed study plan for 2024/25 from your course of study or take exams in advance, contact the Career Office.
