The Coordinator is supported in the management of the programme by the Quality Assurance Group and the Coordination Unit.
For academic matters that may have universal relevance, the Department's Academic Board is active. Additionally, both the Department’s Delegated Lecturers and student tutors, as well as the Student Representatives, are available for any issues related to the programme.

The Academic Office, coordinated by the Head of Academic Office, supports the program coordinators in the design and planning of the course offerings; provides assistance and information regarding the delivery of the courses to department and students; collaborates with the Statistics and Evaluation Quality Office, supporting alignment with the guidelines it provides for the implementation of activities related to the course planning; implements the training and educational offerings in management applications; provides technical and administrative support to all stakeholders involved in the Quality Assurance process for the degree programs. -
