Syllabus
Acquisition of adequate knowledge on the discipline of capital companies and issuers
Knowledge of the general principles of commercial law
Mario Camobasso, Commercial Law Manual, VIII ed., Turin, 2024. In addition, some insights into listed companies
The program includes the study of the types of joint stock companies (s.p.a., s.a.p.a., s.r.l.), cooperative companies and, from the academic year 2025/2026, the provisions of Legislative Decree 58/1998 applicable to issuing companies.
This course explores topics closely related to one or more goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDGs)
