General objectives - Know the reference regulations - Understand the fundamental principles of health and safety protection at work - Understand the relationships between the different regulations - Learn different safety analysis methodologies - Know the Legislative Decree 81/08 in its structure, in the main Titles and in the obligations for employers, managers, supervisors and workers - Develop skills in the analysis, assessment and management of risks present in the workplace and be able to correctly apply risk analysis - Acquire awareness of the role of prevention, training, supervision and the sanctioning system - Develop critical autonomy in relation to incidental situations - Strengthen communication skills of safety values - Maintain continuous learning regarding the evolution of the discipline. Specific training objectives - Recognize the structure and logic of Legislative Decree 81/08 and be able to navigate between articles, attachments, State-Regional agreements and related regulations. - Identify and describe the roles and responsibilities of the subjects of the company prevention system (RSPP, RLS, Competent Doctor, CSE, etc.). - Interpret the provisions relating to risk assessment, DVR, technical and organizational measures of prevention and protection. - Understand the importance of training, information and instruction of workers. - Know the main risks (physical, chemical, biological, ergonomic, psychosocial, etc.) and control measures. - Know how to analyze a case study (e.g. accident, occupational disease, non-compliance) with a regulatory and technical approach. - Introduce the connections with management systems (ISO 45001), organizational models (Legislative Decree 231/01) and safety culture. Conventional lectures, educational visits, seminars, exercises, simulations, projects, group work, discussions on specific topics, in-depth analysis with institutional experts.

If you want to obtain the RSPP certificate, course attendance is mandatory and must be integrated with attendance of the “Safety Management Systems” module. Absences are permitted only for 5% of the course time for each module. The certificate obtained by attending the two modules allows you to be hired as RSPP even without completing your degree.

Description 1. Promote a culture of prevention as a sustainable value Promote the development of responsible and participatory behaviors, in line with an ethical and sustainable approach to work management. 3. Connect safety to the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda Recognize the contribution of Legislative Decree 81/08 to the Sustainable Development Goals, in particular: SDG 3: Health and well-being SDG 8: Decent work and economic growth SDG 12: Responsible consumption and production SDG 16: Peace, justice and strong institutions 4. Promote corporate social responsibility (CSR) Understand how safety management is a central element of corporate responsibility and sustainability reports (ESG, GRI, etc.). 5. Develop sustainable workplace design capabilities Analyze how to design work environments and processes that protect health, reduce risks and are consistent with the principles of circular economy and environmental management.
