Who they are
The Head of Professional Training Activities (RAFP) combines organisational and teaching skills and is responsible for professional training activities and internships.
What they do
They ensure the teaching and organisational functions within their area of responsibility. The RAFP:
- Defines the educational plan for professional training activities and internships based on the expected competencies of the professional profile.
- Designs, organises, and implements internship activities, developing and assessing tutoring models.
- Develops a reliable competency assessment system, monitoring the quality of training and internships.
- Participates in ANVUR evaluation and accreditation processes, promoting initiatives for graduate employment.
- Ensures safety prerequisites for students and patients.
