The verification of learning and the achievement of the training objectives set by the course includes a final practical lesson during which students will be asked to perform the main suturing techniques taught in the frontal lessons. Passing or failing the practical exam is expressed by approval (approved-a/not approved-a). To obtain approval, the student must demonstrate knowledge of the main techniques of plastic surgery, know when to apply these techniques and have the ability to put them into practice on an ex vivo model. The non-approved student is not able to know the main techniques of plastic surgery and not even to apply them on an ex vivo model.

This course explores topics closely related to one or more goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (SDGs)
