Preliminary knowledge: anatomy, physiology, pathology.

Prerequisites: To be admitted to the final exam in general and specialist surgery, the student must have passed the third year exams in Pathophysiology and Integrated Pathology and Pharmacology and the fourth year exam in Pathological Anatomy, as well as all the partial exams of the various modules that make up the integrated course.

Final oral exam: it consists of an interview starting from a clinical case, an urgent or elective clinical situation, in the simulation of an interview with a patient or his family, then deepening pathology and therapeutic choices even with different cases, trying to stimulate the transversality of the topics. The final evaluation is out of thirty, with a weighted average of the previous exams of the integrated course, following the department rules.. In essence, it is also a global review of the entire integrated course, in terms of knowing how to be and knowing how to do.
