To enrol in this programme, you must meet the following requirements:

• Educational qualification: You must hold an upper secondary school diploma or an equivalent qualification obtained abroad.
  • If you have a foreign qualification, check the information for International Students to verify the validity of your qualification and the specific entry requirements.
• Initial knowledge: The initial knowledge required for admission corresponds to the subjects specified annually in the Selection Procedure.

The entrance exam will take place on September 8, 2025.

Enrolment

Within deadlines

Access the Online Student Service (Esse3)

1. Start the procedure for enrolment applications
   Menu > Home > Enrolment
    
2. Complete the required fields and upload the necessary documents:
   • Valid identity document in PDF format (front and back)
     If you log in using SPID, this will not be required
   • Supplementary enrolment form (at the bottom of this page)
   • Passport-sized photo in JPEG format, NO SELFIES (refer to the requirements)
   • Residence permit or proof of application (for non-EU citizens only)
      
3. Pay the first instalment of university fees. This confirms your pre-enrolment.
   Within 2 working days of payment, the university's digital services will be activated, limited to Microsoft Teams, to enable access to lectures.
    
4. Wait for the confirmation email
   Within a few days, you will receive an email confirming your enrolment. Your student number will then be visible in your Reserved Area on Esse3.
   Within two working days of receiving confirmation of your enrolment, you will have full access to the University's digital services (including your institutional email account and the MyUniTS app).

Reallocation

If applicable

If you are eligible but not admitted in the ranking, you must submit a request for reconsideration and be admitted through the ranking updates to enrol.

How to express interest in the reallocation:

1. Login the Online Student Service (Esse3) and follow Menu > Home > Admission Test (programmed access and master’s degrees)
2. Select the reallocation application for the desired degree course
3. Confirm the submission of the reallocation application
4. Wait for the outcome of the ranking update, which will be published under Rankings and Updates.

If you are reallocated
You will need to complete the enrolment by following the procedure outlined in the previous paragraph.
