This Course provides a solid foundation in economics, quantitative methods and management. This Course is divided into two curriculums (one taught in Italian, one in English) which focus on the dynamics of globalisation and on the world’s financial markets. This multi-disciplinary course offers a broad range of career prospects, both in Italy and abroad, while also leaving students the choice to continue their education.

Educational objectives
Graduates in International Economics and Financial Markets master economic and quantitative disciplines and have a good knowledge of business and law. They possess interdisciplinary skills for the analysis of economic phenomena and can apply a variety of analytical tools to address and solve micro- and macroeconomic problems.

Career prospects
Graduates in International Economics and Financial Markets will be sought after for a wide range of professions in the private and public sector. They can work in companies, banks, financial institutions, international organisations and public bodies. The course also provides a solid basis for further studies in economics and/or finance, both in Italy and abroad.

Final examination and degree
Graduates obtain bachelor’s degree (EQF 6) which certifies the skills acquired by the student, valid in Italy and recognised at an international level. The final mark is given out of 110. The final examination consists of writing a short thesis on a topic consistent with the course programme which is then defended in front of a board of three examiners.
