The course aims to give students a global and integrated vision of the concept of prevention linked to an open community and a dynamic and progressive society. At the end of the course the student must demonstrate that he has acquired the knowledge implemented in the educational-training path, for a better understanding of those issues relating to the learning of skills, abilities and knowledge relevant to the professional role in place.
The learner therefore acquires skills and methods for an understanding and an approach aimed at addressing and clarifying complex problems.

Students with disabilities or students with SLD
Students with disabilities or with Specific Learning Disorders (SLD), accredited to the Service Center for disabled students and students with SLD, can apply directly to the professor, or through the Department’s delegate for disability/SLD, to decide, having consulted the Service Center, on how to carry out the intermediate tests or the examinations, adopting any dispensatory measures or
compensatory tools provided for by the current regulations and the University Guidelines.
The method of verifying the results, aimed at ascertaining the adequate preparation of the students and the ability to effectively communicate the topics covered by the teaching carried out, is oral and/or written, with a mark expressed out of thirty. This assessment, always individual, takes place in conditions that guarantee the in-depth, objectivity and fairness of the evaluation in relation to the teaching provided:
Knowledge and ability to solve problems: that is, applying what has been learned in a real situation, identifying the areas of knowledge that best allow it to be addressed
Ability to apply knowledge and synthesize information: that is, acquire, organize and reformulate data and knowledge
Autonomy of Judgment for a conscious autonomy of judgment with reference to the evaluation of teaching;
Learning ability for the development and deepening of further skills, with reference to basic cognitive tools for the continuous updating of knowledge.
