The program aims to train professionals with expertise in managing group dynamics and interpersonal and creative processes, specialists in psychological design, evaluation, and interventions in both individual and organizational settings. Final examination and degree
Upon completion, the university awards a Master degree graded on a 110-point scale. The degree qualifies graduates to practice as psychologists and aligns with EuroPsy standards. The final exam — following successful completion of the Prova Pratico-Valutativa — consists of a thesis defense before a faculty committee.
