Tutors

Tutors support you in carrying out preparatory and remedial academic activities.

Academic tutors

Academic tutors are professors available to discuss the organisation and development of your educational path and to address any issues that may arise. In particular, academic tutors:

  • provide useful information and advice for studying
  • act as facilitators in the contacts and interactions between the studens and the Department and University services
  • guide students in taking steps to address any gaps in their basic knowledge and skills
  • help students become aware of how to develop an overall study plan

Disability and SLD services

Each Department of the University has dedicated tutor lecturers, appointed by their respective Department Councils, whose role is to ensure the accessibility of facilities, teaching activities, and learning materials. Their support guarantees that courses and exams are conducted in ways that are appropriate and compatible with students’ abilities.
