Graduation: specific information

The degree examination with proclamation is scheduled in a single session. The date and venue will be communicated by the Departmental Teaching Office.

The graduation calendar outlines the time frames in which the pre-graduation and master's degree sessions will take place, as well as the proclamation day for bachelor's degrees. Information on individual thesis discussions is published in the department notices.

Summer session

Submission of online graduation application: from 22 April 2025 to 12 May 2025 

Deadlines for the session from 14 to 18 July 2025:

  • Passing the last exam: 24 June 2025
  • Cancelling the graduation application (online only): 24 June 2025
  • Changing the thesis title (online only): 24 June 2025
  • Uploading the dissertation form*: 24 June 2025
  • Uploading the thesis: 24 June 2025 by 1.00 pm
Autumn session
