Graduation: specific information

The degree examination with proclamation is scheduled in a single session. The date and venue will be communicated by the Departmental Teaching Office.

The graduation calendar outlines the time frames in which the pre-graduation and master's degree sessions will take place, as well as the proclamation day for bachelor's degrees. Information on individual thesis discussions is published in the department notices.

Summer session

Submission of online graduation application: from 29/04/2024 to 15/05/2024

Deadlines for the session from 15/07/2024 to 19/07/2024:

  • Passing the last exam: 25/06/2024
  • Cancelling the graduation application (online only): 25/06/2024
  • Changing the thesis title (online only): 25/06/2024
  • Uploading the dissertation form*: 25/06/2024
  • Uploading the thesis: 25/06/2024 by 1 PM
Autumn session

Submission of online graduation application: from 26/08/2024 to 12/09/2024

Deadlines for the session from 21/10/2024 to 25/10/2024:

  • Passing the last exam: 01/10/2024
  • Cancelling the graduation application (online only): 01/10/2024
  • Changing the thesis title (online only): 01/10/2024
