The degree programme includes the acquisition of language skills in:
- English at B2 level (3 CFU)
The total credits required in the study plan for English language skills (B2 level) are awarded through eligibility and can be obtained in two ways:
- Submitting an appropriate language certification, which must be included in the AICLU certification table.
- Taking the tests organised by the CLA (University Language Centre).

- Medical English (5 CFU)
The aim of the course is to enable students to acquire the necessary language skills to read and understand scientific papers and biomedical topics and to communicate with patients and healthcare personnel in English-speaking countries.
The course is taught by a lecturer appointed by the degree programme.
Credits for the Medical English course can be obtained with an AICLU-recognised certification at C1 level or higher.
