Submission and modification deadlines
Master's Degree
- 1st-year students and inter-university Master's degrees Trieste-Udine students
- From September 15, 2025, to April 17, 2026
- From September 15, 2025, to April 17, 2026
- Subsequent years students
You can submit and modify the study plan exclusively in two periods of the academic year:- From September 15, 2025, to November 14, 2025
- From January 07, 2026, to April 17, 2026
After the last deadline it will no longer be possible to submit or modify the study plan for the academic year 2025/26.
- Erasmus students
The learning agreement does not replace the submission of the study plan, which must be submitted within the deadlines and following the online procedures.
If you want to make different choices than the proposed study plan for 2024/25 from your course of study or take exams in advance, contact the Career Office.- PA 110 Protocol Students

- Part-time students
If you are enrolled as a part-time student, the procedure for submitting your Study Plan follows a dedicated process.
