For those already enrolled at UniTS, registrations for the following academic years are open from 08/07/24 to 04/10/2024.

• Login to the Online Student Services (Esse3) 
   
• Follow the procedure from Menu>Home>Enroll>Modify last registration 
   
• Pay the 1st installment of University fees to confirm the enrollment. You can find the payment slip in the Payments section.
  For registrations beyond the deadline, a late fee will be charged according to the provisions of the Fee Notice.

International Students - Degree Seekers with VISA

After paying the 1st installment of fees, you will need to send a copy of the residence permit to the Career Office. If it has expired, send it along with the receipt for the renewal request.

Enrollment as an out-of-course student or repeater

You are enrolled as an OUT-OF-COURSE student if you have attended all the years of the course and all the courses required to be admitted to the graduation or diploma exam, but you have not yet passed all the corresponding exams or the graduation or diploma exam. 
Out-of-course enrollment is done in the same way as enrollment for subsequent years after the first, by October 4, 2023. 
If you are enrolled out-of-course, you have no attendance obligations.

You are enrolled as a REPEATER if:

• You are enrolled as an out-of-course student and modify your study plan.
• You have not obtained all attendance certificates, if required by your course of study.
