1. Knowledge and understanding. Students will learn skills to respond to and manage an emergency in the first few minutes until emergency medical services (EMS) arrives. Students learn skills such as how to treat bleeding, sprains, broken bones, shock and other first aid emergencies
2. Applying knowledge and understanding: to be able to intervent in first aid
3. Making judgements: to decide what do do in case of emergency in workplace
4. 4. Communication skills: be able to communicate occupational hazards and understand related risks
5. Learning skills: be able to deepen arguments learned during the course, also looking to specific literature
