Graduation: specific information

The academic path concludes with the qualification examination and the dissertation defence. The initial grade is calculated based on the weighted average of the marks obtained in the individual courses of the study programme.

Qualification Examination

Bachelor's degrees in the health professions qualify graduates for professional practice. The qualification examination must be taken before the dissertation defence.

During the examination, you will be asked a question related to your specific professional skills. The exam is taken in the presence of the degree committee. The score obtained in the qualification examination contributes up to 5 points to the final grade. Passing the qualification examination is a prerequisite for accessing the dissertation defence.

Dissertation Defence

The final examination concludes with the dissertation defence. The candidate has 12 minutes to present the dissertation, followed by the discussion phase. A maximum of 5 points is awarded based on the type of dissertation (experimental or theoretical) and the skills demonstrated during the presentation and discussion.
